International Women’s Day

On March 8th, we enthusiastically commemorate International Women’s Day, a momentous occasion to acknowledge women’s accomplishments and advocate for their rights. At our Sakhi Mahila Training Center, both trainees and trainers unite to make this day meaningful and memorable. We organize various events and engaging discussions, promoting women’s empowerment and fostering awareness about gender equality. It’s a day dedicated to creating a just and fairer world free from gender discrimination and ensuring a more equitable world for all.

Independence Day

Independence Day, observed on August 15th, holds a special place in our hearts as it marks our nation’s freedom gained by the uncountable sacrifices of freedom fighters. At our organization, we come together to commemorate this significant occasion. Our President proudly hoists the national flag, a poignant symbol of our hard-earned freedom. The day is filled with cultural events, parades and the enthusiastic participation of children, all serving as a heartfelt tribute to the enduring spirit of independence that defines our great nation.

Mata Savitribai Phule Jayanti

On January 3rd, we come together to honor Savitribai Phule, a true icon and India’s first female teacher, on her birth anniversary. We pay homage to her remarkable contributions to education and the empowerment of women. Our organization dedicates this day to hosting special events and programs in her memory, emphasizing the importance of equal educational access for everyone. We celebrate her incredible bravery and commitment, drawing inspiration from her pioneering journey that opened doors for educational opportunities for women throughout India.

Home Minister Karyakram

Our organization hosts a monthly gathering called Home Minister Karyakram, in which our female members take part for some refreshments and entertainment. On this special occasion, they engage in enjoyable activities like music and dance, creating a joyful atmosphere. The highlight of the day is when they are designated as “Home Ministers” and are given the respect they deserve. This event provides them with opportunities to showcase their skills and talents, celebrating their unique contributions and individuality.
